Dana Blauch is the CEO and Founder of Stronghold Consulting Group, a security consulting firm built on the belief that effective security should enable business growth—not restrict it. With a Master’s Degree in Security Management and certification as an Industrial Security Professional (ISP®), Dana combines academic expertise with real-world experience to help organizations navigate today’s complex security and compliance landscape.

Dana leads initiatives that deliver comprehensive security solutions, including physical and personnel security, insider threat program development, CMMC compliance, and operational contract support. Her approach goes beyond traditional security measures—integrating risk management with business strategy to create programs that strengthen resilience, ensure regulatory compliance, and support long-term success.

A former U.S. Army Officer, Dana brings proven leadership from both peacetime and combat operations. Known for her ability to manage high-stakes projects and coordinate across diverse teams, she leverages her background in Facility Operations, Management, and Organizational Leadership to design practical, results-driven solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

 Dana remains deeply engaged in the security community as an active member of ASIS International and NCMS, ensuring Stronghold Consulting Group stays aligned with the latest industry standards, compliance requirements, and risk management best practices. Her dedication to professional development and innovation underscores a commitment to delivering security solutions that evolve with today’s dynamic threat landscape.

Brian Blauch is the President of Stronghold Consulting Group, a leading provider of security consulting and risk management solutions. As a board-certified security consultant with decades of experience and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from ASIS International, Brian helps organizations and individuals build smarter, stronger security strategies to protect what matters most—people, assets, and operations.

With 25 years of service in the U.S. Army, including 22 years as a Special Forces senior leader, Brian has operated in high-risk environments worldwide. He has trained U.S. and foreign military and law enforcement in Counter-Terrorism, Executive Protection, Anti-Terrorism strategies, and Counter-Insurgency. His ability to navigate complex operational and political landscapes earned him the trust of senior military and civilian leaders.

In the corporate sector, Brian specializes in vulnerability assessments and physical penetration testing for large-scale warehouses, office complexes, and high-security data centers. By applying an adversarial mindset, he identifies security gaps organizations often overlook—helping clients reduce risk and strengthen defenses against real-world threats.

Today, as President of Stronghold Consulting Group, Brian provides expert security advisory services, conducts risk assessments, and delivers advanced firearms and tactics training to the Department of Defense and law enforcement nationwide. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security (focused on Terrorism) and a Master’s in Leadership and Management, reflecting his commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.
